Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from RN Prints. We hope you are delighted with your order, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read the details below.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with-in 7 days after recieving the product
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom prints, custom made, monogrammed items) are non-returnable.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at rnprintsuae@gmail.com or call +971 52 250 9954.
  2. Include your Order Number, Item Name/Code, and Reason for Return. Photos may be requested for defects.
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Pack your item securely, clearly mark the RA number on the box, and ship via a traceable courier.

3. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 5-7 business days. You will be notified by email or whatsapp whether your return is approved or rejected.


4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval.
  • Store Credit: Opt to receive store credit valid for 3 months, with an additional 10% bonus credit.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If your return is due to our error, you may choose a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

5. Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the return steps above to send back your original item.
  2. Place a new order for your desired replacement.
  3. After your original return is approved, we will refund the cost of the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

Customer returns/exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping fees.
Our error: We cover 100% of return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.


7. Order Cancellations

Before production (prior to artwork approval): Full refund, minus processing fees & design charges.
After production starts: Cancellations are not accepted; please use the standard return process.
